Frequently Asked Questions

We currently do not see any patients in person, only virtually.

We perform supportive therapy during appointments but also focus on medication management as well. We recommend all patients have their own therapist in addition to us.

We currently see adults aged 18 years and older in Arizona and Iowa. In Tennessee, we see adolescent patients as well. 

We do not currently hold specialize expertise to treat patients who are solely seeking substance abuse treatment at this time. 

We do not currently fill out disability forms, FMLA paperwork, or letters. 

We do not offer medical or psychiatric emergency services. In the event of an emergency, please call 9-1-1, the suicide prevention hotline at 9-8-8 or
(800) 273 - 8255, or go to your nearest emergency room.

First no-show will result in a $50 fee; any subsequently missed appointments that have not been rescheduled 48 hours prior to appointment time will result in a $100 fee.
