I am writing to inform you that I will be closing my practice, MindKey Mental Health, on November 03, 2025, due to unexpected changes in personal and professional circumstances. It has been an honor to be a part of your care and journey, and this decision was not made lightly.

Please note: I will continue providing care until 11/03/2025 but I recommend arranging ongoing treatment promptly to avoid interruption in your care. Records will be securely maintained and if needed, can be requested to be sent to your new provider.
